Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms & Conditions Booking Your Lane All darts lanes are subject to availability. Bookings can be made online, by phone or in person and are only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email or message. Lane allocations are managed by our team and may change before or during your visit. While we will always try to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a specific lane. Arrival Please arrive in time for your booking. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled booking time and have not contacted us, we reserve the right to release your lane. Session Times Your lane hire includes the duration of your booked session only. Please vacate your lane promptly at the end of your session unless you have booked additional playing time. You're welcome to remain in the venue afterwards to enjoy refreshments and live sports on our screens. Additional playing time may be available on the day, subject to availability. Group Size Each darts lane accommodates a maximum of four players. Please ensure your booking accurately reflects the number of players attending. Payments Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations & Changes Bookings can be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking may result in the loss of any deposit or booking fee. We will always do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, but all amendments are subject to availability. Private Events & Exclusive Hire Exclusive venue hire, corporate events and large group bookings may be subject to separate T&C's, including different payment schedules and cancellation policies. Venue Rules Please treat our darts equipment, lanes and facilities with care throughout your visit. Any deliberate or reckless damage may result in repair or replacement costs being charged. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a booking without refund if behaviour is abusive, unsafe or likely to affect the enjoyment of other guests. Safety Please follow any instructions provided by our team when using the darts equipment. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Our Right to Amend We reserve the right to amend these T&C's at any time. Any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed unless required for legal or safety reasons.
